This page is here to guide you through the most commonly used areas of our site

If you wish to go straight to looking at the vast range of properties we offer, and most people do, go straight to the orange coloured search facility on the left hand side of the page, simply select a region of Spain or country such as Cyprus, Italy, Portugal or Turkey in which you wish to purchase a property and then enter your specific requirements using the drop down boxes, you then simply click submit and all the properties that fall within the parameters of your selections will be displayed.

If you want to narrow your search down then you need our advanced search this can be accessed by the link advanced search at the base of the orange search box.
Here you can be a lot more specific in your requirements by choosing such options as type of property i.e. apartment, townhouses, villas etc, how many bedrooms, bathrooms, private or communal pools, distance to the beach or golf among many others. This then takes you to a choice of suitable properties a lot quicker.

If you want to know more specific details about any of the properties that appear click on the orange link that reads see full details, this will then display more information on the area, distance to and from airports & beaches and a very useful mortgage calculator to give you an idea of finance options.  If after looking at a property you wish to save it to a private portfolio to view later or compare it to others click on the link add to portfolio, from this page you just add a few of your details and choose a password that only you will know and then you have your own personal page on our website that only you have access to, once there you can add more properties or remove the ones you have changed your mind on simple as that.

For people who know where they want to live and what type of property they wish to purchase the automated search facility is the choice to make.  This can be accessed by the pale blue automated search facility box on the right of the home page. Once registered enter your requirements and you will be alerted by email of any matching properties.
To turn this feature of for a while or permanently, add or remove the tick in the box at the foot of the page.

If you wish to view property prices in another currency other than sterling use the select currency option on the home page by clicking on the corresponding flag your choices are £ sterling, € euros and $ U.S dollars.
