Golf - The Jack Nicklaus Golf Trail

Polaris World provides Europe´s best golf offering. When you own a property on any Polaris World resort, you´ll not only be able to play the course in your own back garden but also at the other eight courses that will make up the unique, nine course Nicklaus Golf Trail circuit.

All nine courses will be close to your home and will bear the quality hallmark of the internationally prestigious Nicklaus Design company. And each course will offer different features and game levels with a variety of tee positions to test all standards. The designs guarantee enjoyment for all handicaps.

The Nicklaus Golf Trail will feature courses designed by Jack Nicklaus himself as well as his four sons, Jack II, Steve, Gary and Michael, and when completed it will be the world's largest concentration of Nicklaus courses outside the US.

Jack Nicklaus has driven his passion for golf beyond his track record as a player, incorporating his hallmark in the design of the world´s most prestigious rounds and, of course, in Polaris World. Nicklaus Design has managed to equal the success that its founder attained in the sport and 36 of the company´s designs now rank among world´s top 100 best rounds.

The first Polaris World golf courses are already in play – the first 9 holes of the 18 hole Mar Menor Golf Resort and all 18 holes at the La Torre course. 2007 will see the opening of the 18 hole courses at Polaris World’s El Valle and Hacienda Riquelme resorts with more to follow at La Loma (9hole), Las Terrazas de La Torre (18 hole) and Condado de Alhama (3 x 18 hole courses).

         When all resorts are complete you will have an amazing 12 golf courses to choose from within the Polaris World Group. However, there are now 5 of these courses open: Mar Menor Golf Course, La Torre Golf Course, El Valle Golf Course, La Loma and Hacienda Riquelme Golf Course.
