The shuttle bus is already running between La Torre, El Valle and Mar Menor Golf Resorts and the service will be extended to Condado de Alhama and all its resorts as they open.

Layout of the Resorts             

The resorts are built with lots of green space and have been planted with mature trees and plants. The views from the frontline properties are fantastic, creating a real sense of space and openess.

Most properties have large terraces and balconies to enjoy the views and some have top floor solariums.

Choosing a Polaris World Resort

The resort which has most recently been released is Polaris World Condado de Alhama, a unique resort that brings together a group of independent property resorts each with its own identity and will feature 3 Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Courses. The first properties will be ready in 1.5 - 2 years. The properties at this resort represent some of the best value for money.

There are four resorts which are open already: Mar Menor, La Torre, El Valle and the most recently opened, Hacienda Riquelme. Terrazas de La Torre, Mar Menor II, La Loma and Condado de Alhama are all about 1.5 - 2 years away from being built.  

Location of the resorts

All of the resorts are located in the Costa Calida in the Murcia region of Spain. The area is very beautiful, with the largest sea lagoon in Europe, the Mar Menor, which is surrounded by miles of sandy beaches and is perfect for watersports. In the surrounding area there are lots of local Spanish towns.  Cartagena and Murcia City are the fantastic cities and are known to be great for shopping, and also full of historic architecture. The Murcia region is renound for its 315 days of sunshine a year, making it a year round destination.
