The Polaris World Condado de Alhama development comprises of a series of smaller golf resorts within one overall resort, all set around three magnificent Nicklaus Signature golf courses and just a short drive from the wonderful beaches of Mazarron.

The magnificent Polaris World Condado de Alhama resort will consist of a series of self sufficient sub resorts built around 3 Nicklaus designed signature golf courses and each with a private town centre. Each resort centre will include sports facilities, shops, bars and restaurants and villas and apartments will be built to the highest specification. The resorts will feature extensive green areas and lakes and in addition a larger main ‘Oasis’ town centre located by a lake will include a full range of facilities including many more entertainment and leisure options, banks, medical centre, supermarkets and more. The resort has a beautiful location beneath the stunning backdrop of the Carrascoy and Espuna mountains in fertile plains to the south of the city of Murcia. It is around 15 minutes from the fabulous beaches of the bay of Mazarron on the delightful Costa Calida and is within easy reach of the rest of the Polaris World family of resorts.
